The Gaia Reflexology Balms have been product tested with the Gaia School Level 5 Reflexology learners and have proved immensely popular. They are handmade from high quality natural ingredients, and re-use or recycling of the aluminium tins is encouraged. These balms are suitable for use on the feet, and meet the criteria for safety specified by the requirements of Article 3 of REGULATION (EC) No. 1223/2009. They are gentle and soothing to the skin on the client’s feet and the therapist’s hands, and allow for just the right amount of “glide” and “slippage” for giving an effective reflexology treatment.

Geranium is a fantastic oil for chronic and acute anxiety, giving a feeling of calm strength and security. *
Lime is refreshing and uplifting, and is useful when you are feeling agitated or dealing with stressful situations. *
Neroli is a “rescue remedy” for improving the mood, and is regarded as one of the most effective sedative and anti-depressant remedies, and recommended for the treatment of insomnia and states of anxiety and depression. *

Rose Geranium is a hormone regulator and balancer. Frankincense promotes and regulates menstrual flow, and is helpful for painful periods and bleeding between periods. +

Gaia Reflexology Balms are sold in 100ml aluminium jars @ £10 per tin, with the exception of the Unscented Balm which is £6 per 100ml tin. Current Gaia students can return empty tins to their tutor and receive 50p off their next purchase (only one 50p discount can be applied per tin ordered).
The products are intended for external use only and are not marketed for infant use, or for application to mucous membranes, broken skin or the eye area. If irritation occurs then discontinue use.
Gaia Foot Balms should be used within 6 months of opening.
We recommend that if your client is in the first trimester of pregnancy, you only use the Unscented Wax on them.

Current students can order waxes to be hand delivered to them at their next in person class. Please order them at least 7 days before the date of the class. There will be no delivery charges for in-class deliveries.
If you’ve changed your mind about a Product and it’s within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, we can exchange it or give you a refund.
If you’ve changed your mind, or have decided to cancel your order you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with the Refund Notice identified below.
Products may be returned as long as packaging is sealed, the product has not been used and is in a re-saleable condition. Therefore it is important the Product is not damaged in your possession, as you will be held responsible for any loss we incur if you do not take reasonable care of the Product.

We will refund the price of the Products, our standard UK delivery and reasonable return costs incurred if you have:
Cancelled your order in accordance with your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; or returned any unwanted Products to us within 14 days of your order.
Any refund due to you will only be made to the same bank account originally used (or in the form of other method of payment) by you to pay for your purchase. Any refund due will be processed no more than 14 days after we receive the Products.

The returned Product will be reviewed and a refund notification will be e-mailed within a reasonable period of time. Gaia School will endeavour to process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the faulty, damaged or mis-described Product.
If you’d like to exchange the Product and the product has not been used & seal remains unbroken, please advise with the returned Product. Otherwise a refund will be provided.
