Hagar says “This workshop is a hands on practical course and will give the opportunity for participants to feel the effects of the techniques taught. Practitioners will be encouraged to feel the subtle, and at times, powerfully distinct changes occurring within their own bodies. I have been lucky enough to teach this class internationally since its inception in 2014, and all workshops have generated interesting stories from the participants own somatic experiences during the two day training. Though each person's situation and personal story is completely unique to them, patterns of positive responses commonly occur which is interesting to witness and learn from.
The techniques that are taught have a powerful regenerative and restorative affect which participants will be able to apply within their own reflexology practice following the training. The way reflexology is applied is important and I will be teaching more on this during the workshop. The techniques work equally well on men, children and the elderly though modifications apply to the application which is explained during the training. The practical techniques I show have evolved from my own initial training, and are grounded within the principles and methodology of the Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) originated by Tony Porter. I teach a bi-manual integrated approach to working the reflexes, that I have further developed from my many years in practice and teaching. I really hope you can join us for this exciting workshop.”
