Level 5 Practitioner training in Reflexology

Reiki Practitioner Course (including Reiki 1 and 2) verified by the UK Reiki Federation as meeting the Reiki Core Curriculum and National Occupational Standards, and meets the requirements of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

  • Reiki 1 2 day course begins on Thursday 24th May 2018
  • Reiki 2 3 day course begins on Wednesday 27th June 2018

We are based in South Wirral on the border between Cheshire and Merseyside, and within easy reach of Chester, Wrexham, North Wales, Warrington, Liverpool and the Isle of Man.

The Principal and Main Course Tutor of the School is Carolyn Roberts MSc MAR PRM CRM L5 Tutor, who has been a qualified and practising reflexologist and aromatherapist since 1999. She is also a qualified adult education teacher, Reiki Master Teacher and holds a MSc in Holistic Health.

Assistant Tutor, Debbie Hurst, has a busy holistic therapy practice. She has an interest in working with autistic children and has worked as a reflexologist in a special needs school and a children's hospice.

Entry requirements

  • You must be over 18, and have sufficient ability to be able to perform the reflexology techniques
  • You must have regular access to email, the Internet and word-processing and printing facilities
  • You must have the interest, energy, enthusiasm (and time!) necessary to complete the course
  • You must have an adequate level of written and spoken English.

What the fee includes:

  • all teaching materials and comprehensive/detailed training handouts
  • GAIA school reflexology foot chart
  • access to an online student area
  • access to videos of reflexology sequences
  • Centralia registration, assessment and moderation fees (worth over £350)
  • Student membership of our professional body "Professional Reflexology Association" (currently £25) which includes free student insurance
  • a starter pack of consumables (e.g. reflexology cream, wipes, spatulas, couch roll)

Other additional costs you will need to consider

You will need to purchase

  • Uniform (black trousers and tunic)
  • Reflexology equipment such as lafuma, bolster and stool
  • Reflexology consumables such as towels, pillows and creams
  • 3 textbooks (approx. £50)

Course Fee Payment options for
May 2018 - March 2019 and September 2018 - June 2019 course

  • Option 1 - Non-refundable deposit of £460, followed by full payment of £2,440, totalling £2,900
  • Option 2 - Non-refundable deposit of £460, followed by 8 monthly payments of £305, totalling £2,900
  • Option 3 - Non-refundable deposit of £460, followed by Payment plan. Please contact to discuss a delayed payment plan over a longer period of time (upto a maximum of 12 months) to reduce the monthly course fee. Please note however this option will incur a further £50 fee making the total course fee £2,950; and by extending payment beyond the end of your course, you will not receive your qualification until payment has been made in full.
